I was so excited last year when I produced a couple of Pewter Pastel's. This year the Male Pewter I produced bred one of my 2005 produced 1700 gram Female Pastel's. On 7/18/07 I got four good eggs out of her. On 9/11/07 I could see two very light colored heads sticking out of a couple of the eggs. By 9/14/07 all of them hatched and had left the egg. I got two Male Sterling Pastels, one Female Pewter Pastel and one Male Normal. All in all a pretty nice clutch with great odds on the Sterling's. Well enough talk, lets get to the pictures.
This is STERLPAST07-1
This is STERLPAST07-2
This incredible Pewter Pastel also hatched in the same clutch
I waited ten days for this clutch to shed but they were having none of it. I got tired of waiting so I started feeding them. All of them ate after the second try.
The first one to shed was STERLPAST07-1.
The second one to shed was the Pewter PEWTPAST07-1.
The last to shed was the one I think is my favorite; STERLPAST07-2
I hope you enjoy the pictures,
Albey
