Albey's "Too Cool" Reptiles is owned and operated by Albey Scholl. All animals are captive bred here at my facility and are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding well, sexed properly and even better looking than pictured. I stand behind my animals and will be there for you after the sale with any husbandry information or backup support you may need. All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money. After 24 hours all sales are final. Live arrival and your complete satisfaction are guaranteed.Payments
All orders must be prepaid before shipping.
We accept all major Credit cards over the phone (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), PayPal, Postal money orders, Cashier checks, and personal checks (subject to bank clearance).
Shipping costs will be included and due at the time of payment.Deposits
I will accept a 20% deposit to hold an animal for one week. Deposits are non-refundable. If after a week the animal has not been paid for in full, please take note of the Terms in Payment Plans below.Payment Plans
Payment Plans are available on an individual basis. Please contact me to discuss the details. Please note if you decide to do a Payment Plan no money paid will be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. This also includes any shipment that arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) after the animal has been paid off. I will give you full credit including shipping charges that have been collected for any animal I have available at that time or you may wait until I produce something later on.
Shipping
All animals will be shipped in a brand new Styrofoam insert box. I use FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery through Reptiles2You and Ship Your Reptiles for my shipments. Shipping charges will be the actual quote I get from them.
Some orders may be held back, if I feel it is too hot or cold to ship. If you decide we should ship anyway the Guarantee no longer applies. Where temperatures are low or too high some orders may have to be picked up at a FedEx Hub so your new animal is not riding around in a freezing cold or very hot truck. Once again if you decide to ship to your house anyway the Guarantee no longer applies. Our guarantee only applies to animals that are delivered directly to the customer or his agent. We will not be responsible for animals that are undeliverable by the carrier because no one was home. If there are any problems we must be notified no later than an hour after FedEx has delivered the package. We will contact you in person before shipping.At the present time I am able to do International orders using the best Import & Export Brokers available to me. You may also arrange to use your own Import & Export Broker as long as you pay the shipping cost to said Broker here in the USA. The customer will pay all shipping and permit fees that may incur before the animals will be shipped to Broker. Please note that because of the many problems that can arise from the International shipping process I do not offer my usual Alive Arrival Guarantee. This means if the animals arrive at your destination dead or damaged in any way I take absolutely no responsibility, no money will be refunded, and no credit for other animals will be given. I am sorry it has to be this way but there are just too many variables that I have absolutely no control over to make an Alive Arrival Guarantee for International shipments.
